All domestic orders are shipped via UPS (delivery within 1-5 business days within the United States). all international orders are shipped USPS. The shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on your total order. Contact us for expedited shipping options. Shipping rates for custom embellished bicycles will receive a shipping charge quote within 3 business days of ordering, based on your location in the US.

Return Policy
If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return most items up to 14 days after your purchase or exchange for a different item, (excluding custom items like the bicycles, champagne glasses and gumball machines). All products are made to order, returns, exchanges or cancelled orders are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. We will subtract shipping and merchant fees from the total refund price. You must enclose a copy of your invoice to prevent delay in processing your return and issuing you your return.
International
Glitzy Bella now ships internationally! International shipping rates are the same as domestic shipping rates, but with an additional charge of $15 for import and custom fees. In stock orders usually arrive within 6-10 business days. All international packages will ship by USPS Mail. All orders are subject to verification.Customs and Import Duties
- Your order may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country.
- Glitzy Bella ships your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid", and does not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs.

Sales Tax
Glitzy Bella is required by law to charge California state residents 8.25% sales tax on all products. Sales tax will be automatically added to orders shipped within the state of California. All orders shipped outside of California are not taxable
